Abstract: Nearly all-stars are losing mass in the form of stellar winds throughout their lives. This mass loss influences their evolution and chemical composition of their environs.

In this seminar, Daniella will talk about methods for detecting and studying stellar winds, their types and mechanisms, and their effects on different types of stars.
